Answering Calls when iOS Device is Locked

Apple has enforced new requirements for the Curatess OTP iOS application. On Curatess - OTP 1.0.17 and later, answering incoming calls on an iOS device has changed.

Calls now flow to the iOS device like a standard inbound call.

Locked Device
If you receive a call when your iOS (iPhone & iPad) is locked, Apple requires you to launch the Curatess OTP app to
answer the call. We have added Curatess - OTP to the call screen to easily launch the app. See our guide for details. Please note, if you do not launch the Curatess - OTP app on the iOS call screen, the call will not connect.

Unlocked Device
If you receive a call when your iOS (iPhone & iPad) is unlocked, you will answer the call like a traditional call, and the Curatess - OTP application will be automatically launched and the call will be answered.

Please review our detailed guide to learn more about this major change to answering calls.
