In some cases, a user is unable to answer a call even though they tap the accept option to answer the call. It has been determined that if the iOS device has excessive Safari tabs open, the iOS device can not dedicate the processing time to answer the call fast enough.
To resolve this issue, please close all Safari tabs and restart the iOS device.
Close a tab: Tap the Delete Page button in the upper-left corner, or swipe left on the tab.
