How does call escalation work?

#Call Escalation - Curatess - Essential Care utilizes calling groups to contact available resources. Each calling group has callable and available members who may be assigned to escalation level 1 through 5. - Each escalation level may have one or more members available to take a call. **Please note all members in any given escalation level will be called simultaneous and all members devices will ring**. - If a member of any escalation level does not answer a call, the call will escalate to the next level and continue ringing any prior escalation levels. In other words, if a call is escalated, all members of all escalation levels will ring at simultaneous until the call is answered. - Once a member of any escalation point answers the call, all other members devices will stop ringing.
