My Eko stethoscope will not connect.

The Eko stethoscope leverages Bluetooth connectivity, please ensure Bluetooth is on for the device you are trying to connect the Eko stethoscope also verify the stethoscope on/off switch is toggled in the on position. Please ensure you see a blue light on the stethoscope prior to connecting, if you do not see a light, you may need to charge the stethoscope. Once connected, the light on the stethoscope will turn green.
