Calls are not properly escalating to remote medical professionals.
If calls are not routing properly, please validate the calling group call schedule. All calling groups have an associated schedule that is used to route calls to remote medical professionals who are part of the calling group. In addition, make certain the remote party has the availability toggle switch on and ready to take calls. Please see our User Guide for more details and step by step instructions on how to set availability. User Guides are built into the help menu of the Essential Care application.
